Ibn Abdul-Samad Company was established in 1994. The company has been in the industry for over 20 years and has had a significant impact on the urban renaissance, led by late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed (May Allah have mercy). The company continues its path to excellence and success in design, supervision and implementation.
The company focus on constant development in different areas, and follow the trends, having the best team with knowledge ,skills and experience in industry , with customer in mind bringing ideas to life is our gold.
Abdul Samad Company, was established in the building industry by the late Abdul Samad Al Balushi in 1994. It is a great firm that is still being maintained by members of the deceased's second generation.
They worked to establish IBN Abdul Samad Engineering Consulting Company in 2014, following Eng. Asif bin Abdul Samad Al- Balushi's graduation. The company's founding son is the chairman and CEO of the Real Estate Development and Building Management Division and a member of the original family.
Under Ibn-Abdul-Samad, the company created its identity and integrated its activities, becoming one of the most crucial family groups in the Sultanate for engineering consultation, real estate consultation & development, building construction, sports academy & website designing.
